Honoring the complexities of the physical form- while embracing the wisdom of the heart.
The purpose of my work is to encourage alignment in the body, create space and deep connection so that we can breathe more deeply, be more present, and show up for our lives with more joy and ease.
Services
**Most services can be separate treatments or thoughtfully blended into a single session
Prenatal and Postnatal Massage
There are many thoughtful considerations to support this tender season and optimize the massage experience. Pregnancy comes with a variety of wonders, challenges, symptoms, aches and pains. I have props and pillows for support. Each session has grace time to allow for extra bathroom breaks, morning sickness, a nursing session, or a fussy baby.
Massage brings comfort and relaxation to pregnant bodies relieving aching backs and hips, sore feet, headaches, stress, insomnia and overall discomfort associated with pregnancy.
Postpartum massage is an excellent way to be supported through a deeply transformative season- To heal, soothe, and care for the new mother after the intensive demands on the body from pregnancy, labor, and delivery. A session will allow mama to truly relax and be deeply nurtured.

Infant massage
A guided practice using gentle rhythmic stroking of baby’s skin that encourages bonding, relaxation and sleep. It can soothe discomfort from gas, colic, constipation, fussiness, and teething. Infant massage encourages brain and muscle development and provides a boost to the immune system. Learn techniques to soothe and improve- such as relieving upset tummies, easing gas and clearing congestion. These are helpful techniques through childhood. Plus it is a fun and meaningful way to connect with your baby.
Swedish massage
Classic massage aimed at relieving pain and tension, relieving pressure on joints, and reducing physical and mental stress.
Deep tissue
Massage focusing on deep layers of muscle to relieve tension and muscle restriction. Reduces stress on the body by addressing uneven pulls on the skeleton. So you feel a greater ease of movement and balance. Beneficial for chronic pain and limited mobility.

Myofascial release
Uses gently sustained pressure to address restrictions in the fascial system. The connective fascial tissue can bind and wind you into feeling like you’re in a straightjacket or feeling tremendous pressure within your body or maybe you feel achey and stiff- Myofascial release gives great long term results decreasing pain, providing greater ease of movement and an experience of liberation within the body. Benefits of this work can include freeing memory and emotions associated with the tissues.
Reflexology
A practice of hand and foot massage applying pointed pressure to affect corresponding organs and systems in the body. Creating a deep sense of relaxation and promoting balance
Headache relief
Includes a combination of face, scalp, and neck massage. Acupressure points and myofascial release techniques to relieve active or chronic headaches and migraines
Neuromuscular Therapy
Involves applying alternating levels of concentrated pressure to trigger points. Trigger points are small areas of muscle where there is a contracture of tissue that lack blood and nutrients causing an inability for the muscle to relax. The area is hypersensitive and can cause pain, fatigue, and weakness in the muscle. This is a common culprit of ongoing muscular pain symptoms

Scar Tissue Release(caesarean)
Gentle mobilization of the scar tissue and myofascial release to relieve any pain, tightness or discomfort associated with the fibrous scar tissue.
Pain, itching, tingling hypersensitivity, numbness, and feelings of restrictions are common symptoms felt in scars even years later. It is never too late to work with these tissues.

*Each session can include hot/cool towels, aromatherapy, cupping, dry brushing, face/scalp massage by request at no additional charge.

About Me
My name is Lydia Bhatti
I studied at the Atlanta school of massage after obtaining a biology degree with an emphasis in anatomy and physiology. My love of art and of science met wonderfully as I integrated my thorough understanding of structural anatomy and the intuitive expression of massage.
I had a clinical practice in Georgia- focusing on chronic pain, injury and rehabilitation. Since having my two children and experiencing the miracle of motherhood with all of the wonders and challenges. My work has naturally flowed to supporting women through the sacred seasons of their lives. I have seen the power of therapeutic touch time after time- it is inspiring and humbling. It is my honor to share this work. All parts of me are fueled by the wild well of love that overflows from my being.
